Return Policy
All goods sold are considered final sale, except if there are manufacturing/product defects. The customer is responsible to check all goods upon receiving them. Items marked as clearance stock/price mark-down are not eligible for a return.
If you believe your product has a flaw, please notify us within 48 hours upon receiving the item(s). Our Customer Service Representative will be in touch with you within 48 hours from the time your e-mail is received. Please take note that once the 48 hours, from when the item is received, has lapsed, the customer will no longer be eligible under this return policy.
To report a defective product, please email us at hello@kwalityarts.com with the following information:
- Order details
- Proof of delivery
- Close up color photograph of the product defect
If an item is deemed to be defective, we reserve the right to determine:
- if the item may be returned and/or exchanged for an identical or similar item
- if repairs may be performed
- If no identical and/or similar items are available and where repairs are not possible, option for refund may be offered
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges should the goods sold, not be received in good condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
Definition of “defective product” excludes damages caused by:
- Wear and tear
- Mishandling
- Inappropriate maintenance methods
- Pest infestations introduced by external sources and/or existing infestations at delivery location
Please be informed that all our items are handmade from natural materials, such as wood. Therefore, the following will NOT be considered as defective:
- Different shades or colour tone of wooden products
- Tree ring marks
- Dark lines/patches caused by natural oil content
- Slight variances in product measurements
- Slight variances in patterns
We reserve the right to amend and/or update our return policies in order to keep abreast with the ever-changing business environment.
