1. Where are your items from?
All our vibrant and unique Indian Handicrafts are imported directly from India.
2. Do you have a physical store?

3. Why do some items appear different from one another?
As our products are individually handmade and hand painted, the items will appear to have inconsistent marks, patterns or even colour!
These variances, exuded by the artist’s creative nature, will have each item appearing slightly different from the other. The quaint little handmade differences speak for the uniqueness of our products and we hope you appreciate the piece of art that you now own.
4. I purchased an item online and it arrived damaged, what should i do?
Please check out our Return Policy. We advise that any damage to your item received be immediately notified to us via e-mail (hello@kwalityarts.com). We would not entertain notifications of damaged items that exceed 48 hours after receipt.
5. Do you do bulk orders?

6. How do i care for the items purchased?

7. What are your coverage areas?
For now, our shipping is only within Peninsula & East Malaysia.
8. How long does an item take to arrive upon purchase?
We endeavor to get all items handed over to our deliver partners within 5 days of purchase. Our team will advise you on tracking numbers for your easy reference.
